For almost 150 years, OCAV has welcomed older Victorians with particular needs into its four villages, where they enjoy balanced, active, social and healthy lives.
To be the benchmark provider of affordable, independent community living for elderly Victorians.
To advocate and provide affordable, safe and dignified independent homes for older Victorians within a village environment, and to offer appropriate and practicable extended care when it is required.
Safe, Responsible, Dignified, Affordable, Open, Improving.
Our Platforms for action
OCAV Council has set out three platforms for action in its Vision 2020. The vision draws on OCAV’s proven track record in developing practical and effective solutions, whether it is affordable housing, co-designed programs with its residents, or research into new ways of providing support.
